Saleem Firfirey is a Senior Associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law. He advises private and listed companies on corporate transactions, M&A, and general commercial matters.

He has experience implementing corporate transactions, drafting commercial agreements, and providing legal due diligence investigations and general corporate advisory services. His practice spans M&A, corporate structuring, and commercial advisory work, delivering practical legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors.

Saleem holds an LLB (magna cum laude) from the University of Cape Town (2019) and a B.Bus.Sci from the University of Cape Town (2017). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
