Gopolang Kgaile

Gopolang Kgaile is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and black economic empowerment (B‑BBEE) transactions. He advises private and listed companies on corporate and commercial law matters, including due diligence investigations and general commercial advisory work.

He has experience advising on complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and empowerment structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial viability for his clients.

Gopolang holds an LLB from the University of the Free State (2016) and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
