Alison Mills

Alison Mills is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and all aspects of general commercial and corporate law.

Alison has been involved in various black economic empowerment transactions and has expertise in technology and intellectual property development, licensing and exploitation matters. She previously worked at Linklaters LLP in London.

Alison holds an LL.B. (1999) and a BLC (1997) from the University of Pretoria. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

She has been named by Best Lawyers as a leading individual (2019–2026) and recognised as a legal expert by The Legal 500 (2017–2022).
