Dominika Pietrzak

Dominika Pietrzak is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department of the Johannesburg office and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. She specialises in private mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity investments, and general corporate law, advising clients on regulatory and corporate governance issues in the South African M&A environment.

Ms. Pietrzak has advised on a range of significant transactions, including Carlyle's exit from the Amecor Group, Sango Capital Partners' acquisition of Neopak Holdings, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa's acquisition of Southern Bottlers in Malawi, and RCL Foods' disposal of Vector Logistics to AP Moller, which was shortlisted for Dealmakers Private Equity Deal of the Year in 2023.

She holds an LLM in Corporate Law (with distinction), an LLB (with distinction), and a BCom in Finance and Law (with distinction), all from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court in South Africa.
