Rakhee Singh

Rakhee Singh is a Director at DLA Piper in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She advises on both private and public M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law matters, serving clients across the financial services and consumer goods sectors.

She has extensive experience advising on complex corporate transactions, including cross‑border and domestic M&A, corporate reorganisations, and regulatory compliance. She started her career at an international law firm in 2014 and joined DLA Piper in 2016.
