Natina Thumana

Natina Thumana is a Senior Associate at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). She advises clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, securities regulation law, corporate restructuring, and general corporate and commercial law.

She has experience advising clients across a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, equity capital markets, corporate restructurings, and securities regulation matters, delivering commercially focused legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Natina holds an LLB from the University of the Free State (2020) and a B.Soc.Sci from Rhodes University (2011). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
