Haydn Davies

Haydn Davies is a Partner based in Johannesburg. His primary practice area is Mergers and Acquisitions, and he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, aviation, and insolvency and business rescue.

He represents the South African interests of many of the world's best-known companies.

He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
