Gila Aberman

Gila Aberman is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She focuses on general commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Gila has experience advising on both litigious and non-litigious matters relating to company law, constitutional law, contract law, labour law and property law, as well as family law. She is also experienced in local and international construction law arbitration and adjudication, having advised clients across sectors including mining, energy, transport, consumer goods, hospitality, building, construction and engineering, as well as state‑owned entities.

Gila holds a B.A. and an LL.B. from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
