Joshua Broll

Joshua Broll is an Executive in the Dispute Resolution Practice at ENS, specialising in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. He has acted for clients across the banking, construction, fast‑moving consumer goods, hospitality and leisure, internet and telecommunications, mining, and transport industries.

Joshua's experience includes assisting and advising clients on general commercial litigation matters, including delictual and contractual disputes, as well as administrative law, company law, and access to information matters.

Joshua holds a BA and an LL.B (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
