Tayla Dye

Tayla Dye is a Partner specialising in commercial dispute resolution. She advises on a wide range of disputes in multiple fora, including the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, High Courts, arbitration and appeal boards. Her experience covers general contractual disputes, construction disputes, suretyship disputes, shareholder disputes, property and property valuation disputes, mining disputes, administrative law reviews, and criminal matters.

She provides strategic legal counsel and representation to clients across various sectors, delivering practical and commercially sound solutions to complex disputes.

Tayla holds an LLB (cum laude) from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (2015). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
