Natalie Keetsi

Natalie Keetsi is a Director specialising in dispute resolution, with a focus on complex construction, infrastructure, and energy disputes. She has acted as project counsel and in arbitration, adjudication, and High Court reviews on major projects across South Africa, Africa, and the Middle East, under bespoke, FIDIC, NEC, and EPC contracts.

She has represented a major Saudi Arabian contractor as project counsel on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's approximately USD 1 trillion giga-project, advising on extension of time claims, variation proposals, and dispute resolution referrals under bespoke design, build, operate, and management contracts. She has also advised and represented multinational corporations in high‑stakes, cross‑border disputes across multiple jurisdictions. She is a Deputy Chairperson of the Advisory Board of the African Women Against Corruption Network and has spoken at high‑level forums on anti‑corruption and human dignity.

She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2023) and an LL.B (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2014). She is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, a Vice President and Secretary General of the Harvard University Alumni of South Africa, and a Board Member of the Harvard Law School Recent Graduates Network. She is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society and the Legal Practice Council.
