Michelle Casey

Michelle Casey is a Senior Associate at ENS, practicing in the Dispute Resolution group. She specialises in general commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Michelle advises on contractual disputes, delictual matters, and the interpretation and application of various statutes applicable to public and private bodies. She also has experience in construction law and has advised clients in the construction management, property development, project management, architecture, engineering, building, and quantity surveying industries.

She holds an LL.B (Cum Laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
