Maano Manavhela

Maano Manavhela is an Associate at Webber Wentzel, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and insurance law. He represents and advises insurance, reinsurance, and intermediary companies in complex insurance matters, both domestically and internationally, with experience in arbitration proceedings, construction claims, professional indemnity disputes, and property claims.

He has experience drafting complex legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and managing client relationships across multiple sectors. He builds and maintains a strong professional brand through widely read legal blogs and articles on commercial litigation, High Court rules, prescription, and damages, which attract clients and strengthen professional networks.

He holds an LL.M (Human Rights Law) from the University of Venda (2024), an LL.B from the University of Venda (2021), and an RE5 Certificate from Moonstone Business School of Excellence (2025). He is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
