Fritz Malan

Fritz Malan is an Executive in the firm's Employment practice at ENS, based in South Africa. He specialises in integrated employment solutions and global mobility, advising corporate clients on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, and appearing in the South African Labour Court and in labour arbitrations.

He advises clients on employment law issues across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Malawi, Angola, and Mauritius. His experience includes collective issues at a strategic and practical level, employment aspects of M&A, due diligence investigations, administrative law, drafting employment and collective agreements, professional misconduct cases, and sports law-related employment issues.

Fritz is the author of articles in the press and a contributor to Labour Law for Managers: A Practical Handbook, and regularly presents in-house and public seminars and training courses. He holds a BA and LLB from Stellenbosch University and a Diploma in Advanced Corporate Law and Securities from UNISA, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
