Carol Masego Makutu

Carol Masego Makutu is a Senior Associate at ENS, practicing in the Dispute Resolution group. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on general commercial and construction litigation.

Carol has acted for clients across a variety of industries, including mining, tax, banking, government, construction, and ITC. Her experience includes advising on both litigious and non‑litigious matters relating to general commercial disputes, contractual issues, and procurement matters. She is also experienced in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and construction agreements.

She holds an LL.B (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
