Caellyn Eedes

Caellyn Eedes is a Senior Associate at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in dispute resolution, insolvency, and business rescue. She has experience in commercial litigation, processes involved in the recovery of funds in unlawful enrichment and money laundering cases, as well as advising on regulatory law relating to financial management at all three spheres of government.

She assists clients in navigating complex insolvency and business rescue proceedings, advising on the rights and claims involved in liquidation processes. She also provides strategic guidance on restructuring and recovery matters across various sectors. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honorary Society.

Caellyn holds the SARIPA Programme in Insolvency Law and Practice (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria (2021), an LLB (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2018), and a BA from Stellenbosch University (2015).
