Annie Nair

Annie Nair is a Senior Associate with expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, due diligence investigations, and corporate reorganisations. She advises clients on complex M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance across a range of sectors, including energy, healthcare, industrials, and consumer goods.

She has advised two fuel providers in Southern Africa on the divestment of assets and liabilities in respect of South African Petroleum Refineries (SAPREF), and a global professional services company on its acquisition of one of the largest independent creative agencies in South Africa. She also has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, shareholders' agreements, and due diligence reports, and providing legal opinions on corporate and commercial matters.

Annie holds an LL.B (details not specified). She is a member of the Law Society of South Africa and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
