Ntandokayise Mbuyane

Ntandokayise Mbuyane is a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. He advises clients on complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general commercial matters across a range of industries.

Ntandokayise has been part of the local counsel team advising on the share and asset deal in relation to the disposal of Bayer's Environmental Science business to international private equity firm Cinven; represented MTN Dubai Limited in its disposal of 50% of the shares in aYo Holdings Limited to Sanlam Emerging Markets Proprietary Limited; and assisted the Remuneration and Advisory practice group with employee share incentive schemes. He regularly conducts legal due diligence investigations for private and public M&A deals and provides assistance in various internal restructuring transactions.

Ntandokayise holds an LL.B (summa cum laude) from the University of the Western Cape, an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town, and an LL.M (with distinction) in Intellectual Property from the University of Manchester.
