Zoë Balyamujura

Zoë Balyamujura is an Associate at ENS, practicing in the Corporate Commercial group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including complex transactions, governance frameworks, and strategic advisory work.

Zoë has been involved in a number of private mergers and acquisitions across the healthcare, hospitality, and gaming sectors, including share acquisitions and asset‑based transactions. She advises private equity funds on formation and acquisition strategies, and has advised listed financial services groups on employee share schemes and incentive structures. She also provides general corporate and commercial advice across agribusiness, hospitality, financial services, and fleet management, with experience in corporate governance, restructurings, and group reorganisations, as well as regulatory compliance across food, consumer products, healthcare, and non‑profit sectors.

She holds a BA (with distinction) and an LL.B (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
