Ghassan Sader

Ghassan Sader is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities regulation, corporate finance, debt and equity capital markets, black economic empowerment (B‑BBEE) transactions, private equity, and cross‑border transactions. He advises a range of national and international clients across the agricultural, telecommunications, mining, security, and hospitality industries.

He has extensive experience advising on complex M&A transactions, capital raisings, and corporate restructurings, with a focus on delivering commercially effective solutions. He has been recognised by Best Lawyers (2022–2026) as a leading individual and was awarded Attorney of the Year (associate/assistant solicitor) at the African Legal Awards in 2015.

Ghassan holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Cape Town (2011) and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
