Brad Serebro

Brad Serebro is an Executive in the Corporate Commercial practice at ENS, practicing in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions group. He specialises in M&A, private equity transactions, and complex cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions, advising top 100 publicly traded groups on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, as well as local and offshore listed and unlisted companies.

Mr. Serebro has significant industry-specific experience in the defence and aerospace sector as well as the tourism and hospitality sector, acting for major multi-national groups. His M&A and private equity experience spans acquisitions and disposals of portfolio companies, due diligence investigations, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory advisory, management and leveraged buyouts, and advising management during transactions. He is a trustee of The President's Award for Youth Empowerment Trust, which offers the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award in South Africa.

Brad holds a BCom (Accounts and Law), an LLB (cum laude), and an LLM (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is a member of the Legal Practice Council.
