Wonderboy Frank

Wonderboy Frank is an Associate at ENS, practicing in the Mine and Occupational Health and Safety group, specializing in Employment Law. He advises on mine health and safety law, as well as occupational health and safety law.

Wonderboy assists clients with inquiries conducted in terms of section 65 of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996, and investigations under section 60 of the Act, including preparing mine operations and management for inquiries, representing clients during proceedings, and drafting statements. He is also involved in an ongoing class action in the coal mining industry concerning claims for coal mine lung disease (pneumoconiosis), representing a former major coal mining house. He advises on occupational health and safety compliance under the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993, and assists employers with accident and incident reporting procedures, health and safety management systems, and training on developments in health and safety law.

He holds a BA and an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
