Tshepo has advised Discover Financial Services, Diners Club International, and PULSE on payment processing activities in South Africa; MTN Group on the proposed launch of a 'buy-now, pay-later' product on its mobile money platform; Luno on its application for authorisation as a financial services provider for crypto assets; Capitec Bank on its partnership with EasyEquities; KuCoin on the proposed launch of its cryptocurrency platform in South Africa; MoneyGram International on USDC remittance services; Worldcoin on the launch of its global digital currency in South Africa; and Paystack South Africa on its proposed manual settlements service.
