Tasmiayh Hoosen

Tasmiayh Hoosen is an Associate specialising in dispute resolution, with a focus on company, commercial, contractual and corporate law, including corporate governance. She also has experience in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as in public procurement, judicial review, and internal regulatory processes.

She has acted for clients in complex commercial disputes, corporate governance matters, and arbitration proceedings across multiple sectors. Her practice spans both contentious and advisory work, delivering strategic legal solutions to clients across various sectors.

Tasmiayh holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand (2019) and a BA from the University of the Witwatersrand (2017). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
