Tamryn Theunissen

Tamryn Theunissen is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in banking and finance transactions with a focus on fund financings, leverage and acquisition financings. She advises both lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions across various sectors.

She holds an LLM (Tax Law) from the University of South Africa (2021), an LLB from the University of Cape Town (2009), and a B.Bus.Sci (Law) from the University of Cape Town (2007). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
