Londiwe Khoza is a Senior Associate in the Project Finance practice at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specializing in Banking and Finance Law.

Londiwe has advised on the post‑commencement financing of a company in business rescue, including drafting and negotiating a Post Commencement Finance Facility Agreement; advised lenders on the refinancing of a 50MW concentrated solar power plant in the Northern Cape Province; advised the transaction advisor on the development and implementation of a logistics hub; drafted and reviewed security documents including guarantees and pledges; and advised clients on regulatory compliance including the Public Finance Management Act.
