Daniela Druker

Daniela Druker is a Senior Consultant in the firm's Banking and Finance practice at ENS, based in South Africa. She specialises in debt and equity finance transactions, including asset and leveraged finance transactions, as well as major debt restructurings.

She has acted for clients in a variety of sectors, including financial institutions, corporate clients, and black economic empowerment parties, both locally and internationally, in relation to a broad range of financing transactions. Her experience includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing the various agreements required for debt and equity financing transactions.

Daniela holds a BCom from the University of the Witwatersrand, an LLB from the University of Cape Town, and a Business Finance (Honours) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She also holds a certificate in International Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London. She has completed the Qualified Tax Consultant (QTC) course through the South African Institute of Tax Professionals and is a registered Tax Practitioner with SARS.

She is a CIMA strategic case study student, a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, and a fellow of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
