Vicky Borg-Jorgensen

Vicky Borg-Jorgensen is an Executive in the Banking and Finance practice at ENS, specialising in banking and finance law and debt capital markets. She advises on debt capital markets, including securitisation, and general debt finance, with experience across a diverse array of high‑profile transactions.

Vicky has acted for banks, financial institutions, state‑owned companies, and listed and unlisted corporates, both on and offshore. Her experience includes listed global and domestic medium‑term note programmes, securitisation programmes, debt repackaging programmes and bond issuances, unlisted asset‑backed loan and debenture funding structures, syndicated and bilateral loan funding, preference share funding, distressed debt, debt restructurings, and sustainability‑linked funding.

Vicky holds an LL.B (cum laude) and an LL.M in Commercial Law (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
