Linda Mahlangu

Linda Mahlangu is a Senior Associate at ENS, practicing in the Banking and Finance group, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He advises on acquisition leveraged finance, real estate finance, trade finance, debt restructuring, and general corporate finance.

Linda has local and international experience, having previously worked for a globally renowned US law firm in its London office. He advises commercial banks and non‑bank lenders on cross‑border financing transactions, including on a "certain‑funds" basis, and also advises sponsors and corporate borrowers on debt raising. He acts as local counsel for foreign financial institutions and borrowers on cross‑border transactions, and has managed local counsel across multiple jurisdictions on syndicated cross‑border finance matters. He has advised clients in the media, mining, real estate, and public sectors.

He holds an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
