Nikita Deib

Nikita Deib is a Senior Associate specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She advises on a broad range of financing transactions, including general banking, aviation finance, debt finance, leveraged and acquisition financing, and other complex financing arrangements for clients across multiple sectors.

She has acted for lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross‑border financing matters, including syndicated lending, asset‑backed financing, and acquisition finance, delivering strategic legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Nikita holds an LL.M (2021), an LL.B (2020), and a B.Com (2018) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
