Sonam Mansingh

Sonam Mansingh is an Associate at ENS, practicing in the Natural Resources and Environment group, specializing in Environmental Law. She advises clients on licensing and permitting compliance, and prepares legal assessments and opinions across diverse sectors, including renewable energy, waste management, mining, energy, wildlife and conservation, climate change, and water.

Sonam also conducts training on environmental law compliance and educational awareness. In addition, she has experience in constitutional legal research, launching class action lawsuits, acting as a parliamentary monitor, and advising clients in food safety, consumer protection, mine health and safety, insurance, and labour law.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Kwa‑Zulu Natal, an LL.M in Marine and Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town, and a Certificate in Environmental Law and Sustainability from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
