Dali Manyathela

Dali Manyathela is an Associate at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in environmental law, mining law, and regulatory compliance. He advises clients on regulatory frameworks and compliance, environmental management, and disputes within the mining sector, ensuring alignment with South Africa's legislative standards, including the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA), National Water Act (NWA), and the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA).

Dali has experience in commercial, contractual, and administrative litigation, including the drafting of pleadings, administrative representations and appeals, and managing litigation proceedings. He has clerked at the Constitutional Court of South Africa as a Law Researcher to Justice Mathopo.
