Sisanda Boya

Sisanda Boya is an Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice. Her primary practice area is Infrastructure Law.

She specialises in energy-related projects as well as project and infrastructure finance. Her experience includes advising on energy, infrastructure and finance matters, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, opinion work and due diligence matters.

She is also experienced in corporate commercial law and has been involved in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial documentation, including shareholders' agreements, sale of shares and share subscription agreements, memoranda of incorporation, as well as preparing due diligence reports.

She holds a BA (Cum Laude) and an LLB (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
