Sasha Singh

Sasha Singh is an Executive in the firm's Project Development and Project Finance practice at ENS, practicing in Infrastructure Law. He specialises in energy (including oil and gas), infrastructure development, and public-private partnerships.

His experience includes advising on energy and infrastructure-related projects with a focus on corporate and commercial aspects, project development, regulatory compliance under electricity, petroleum, and gas legislation, corporate structuring of projects, equity funding and capital raisings, and secondary market acquisitions. He has guest lectured the energy module of the LLM degree at the University of the Witwatersrand and is an instructor at the Black Lawyers Association, where he regularly lectures on public-private partnerships.

Sasha holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Certificate in Advanced Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has been recognized by IFLR1000 as Highly Regarded in Energy and Infrastructure and Project Development, by The Legal 500 EMEA as a Key Lawyer in Projects and Infrastructure, and by Best Lawyers in Project Finance and Development.
