Joni Raff

Joni Raff is a Consultant at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in infrastructure law, energy projects, and project finance. She advises on project development and commercial contracting across renewable energy and power projects, working on multi-party transactions involving sponsors, lenders, developers, and contractors.
