Sanushka Chetty

Sanushka Chetty is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice area. Her practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, specialising in M&A, corporate governance and private equity.

She has a strong track record in M&A, which includes experience in private equity transactions (acting across the spectrum on the fund formation side, company acquisition and disposal side) and general corporate transactions, acting for listed corporates and multinationals across various economic sectors, with a focus on telecommunications.

Her expertise includes drafting commercial agreements, advising on company law, and guiding private equity transactions. She has a track record of navigating complex corporate landscapes and delivering tangible business results. Sanushka also brings practical business insight, having spent four years as an executive at a leading telecommunications provider.

Sanushka holds an MBA and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She is passionate about corporate social responsibility, serving as an independent non-executive director at Rise Against Hunger, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating global hunger.

She holds an MBA, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She is recognised as a next generation lawyer by The Legal 500 EMEA for Commercial, Corporate and M&A in South Africa.
