Prelisha Singh

Prelisha Singh is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in Administrative Law and constitutional law. She advises clients in both the public and private sectors on complex issues in public procurement, public finance, health law, and education law, and has extensive expertise in judicial reviews arising from procurement processes and administrative decisions.

She drafts complex opinions, advisory memoranda, legislation, regulations, submissions, public procurement documents, and pleadings for court proceedings and internal dispute resolution mechanisms. She regularly undertakes large‑scale compliance reviews for clients in various regulated industries, conducts investigations, and engages with a number of regulators.

Prelisha holds a BCL (Bachelor of Civil Law) from the University of Oxford (2011) (awarded an Oxford Oppenheimer and Commonwealth Scholarship), an LLB (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (2006), and a B.Com (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (2004).
