Zolile Shude

Zolile Shude is a Trainee Associate in the Public Law practice at ENS, specialising in public, constitutional and administrative law.

His work focuses on public procurement, government conduct, and legal and regulatory frameworks in the electricity, energy, transport, home affairs, land, basic education and higher education sectors. He previously served as a law clerk to Justice Leona Theron at the Constitutional Court of South Africa, and has experience in constitutional, administrative and public interest litigation.

Zolile holds an LL.B from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and an LL.M in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame, United States. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
