Naeem Dinat

Naeem Dinat is an Associate at ENS, practicing in the Employment group, specializing in Employment Law. He advises on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including restraint of trade disputes, large‑scale retrenchments, operational restructuring, and unfair dismissal claims.

Naeem's practice extends to sports law, where he has advised and appeared in dispute resolution proceedings within the PSL and FIFA, and has advised professional football clubs and trade unions. He also acts for international clients across multiple African jurisdictions, including Tanzania, the DRC, Zambia, and Mozambique, and has advised clients in the energy & infrastructure, banking & finance, logistics, mining, and construction industries.

He holds a BCom Law from The Independent Institution of Education and an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the SA Sports Law Association and the South African BRICS Youth Association.
