Khomotso Makapane

Khomotso Makapane is a Partner based in Johannesburg. His primary practice area is Employment Law, and he specialises in employment law and executive advisory, corporate investigations, workplace governance and transformation, and workforce strategy.

He advises boards, executives and leading organisations on employment law, workplace governance, corporate investigations, executive disputes, restructuring, business transfers and complex labour litigation. He delivers commercially pragmatic solutions to legal, operational and reputational risk.

He has advised clients across a range of sectors including financial services, FMCG, retail, telecommunications, mining, energy, manufacturing, higher education, state-owned enterprises and the public sector.
