Mpho Duiker

Mpho Duiker is a Senior Associate in the firm's Tax Advisory Law practice at ENS, based in South Africa. She specialises in general corporate tax and advisory work, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and group reorganisations.

Her expertise includes advising on tax-efficient holding and financing structures for M&A transactions, general tax structuring, identifying tax opportunities and mitigating tax risks, structuring support in preference share and loan funding structures, as well as buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence support. She has advised clients in the mining, investment funds, renewable energy, and TMT sectors on mining tax, renewable energy incentives, and empowerment transactions.

Mpho holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She is a member of the Law Society of South Africa.
