Mokgadi Mamabolo

Mokgadi Mamabolo is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate and commercial law. She advises clients on domestic and cross‑border private M&A, equity capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters across a diverse range of industries, including logistics, fast‑moving consumer goods, hospitality and entertainment, telecommunications, and financial services.

Mokgadi has worked on the Peermont Global Group's disposal of all of its operations in South Africa and Botswana to Sun International, which was shortlisted for DealMakers Deal of the Year 2023, and on Kuehne + Nagel AG's acquisition of the Morgan Cargo group of companies across South Africa, Kenya, and the United Kingdom.

Mokgadi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
