Lubumba Kamukwamba

Lubumba Kamukwamba is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in administrative law and public law, with a particular focus on government contracting and public procurement. She advises both public and private sector clients on government regulation, statutory powers, public finance, and contracts for goods and services.
