Lee-Ann Hopley

Lee-Ann Hopley is an Executive in the Real Estate/Property practice at ENS, specialising in real estate law, conveyancing, and notarial practice. She advises on all aspects of property law, including the registration of transfers and bonds in respect of conventional property and sectional title units, opening of sectional title schemes, extension of schemes, creation and cession of exclusive use areas, personal and praedial servitudes, and notarial tie agreements.

Lee-Ann has acted for banks, corporates, and medical aid schemes. Her experience includes the administration of deceased estates, drafting commercial agreements such as agreements of lease and agreements of sale, and the implementation and registration of land aspects in relation to renewable energy transactions.

Lee-Ann holds an LL.B from the University of Cape Town. She is admitted as an attorney, notary public, and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
