Abdul Allie

Abdul Allie is a Partner in the Cape Town office of Webber Wentzel, specializing in property law.

He advises on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and management, property developments, investments, joint ventures, and the registration of notarial deeds and servitudes. He also advises on the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial transactions, and conducts legal due diligence reports, including for public‑private partnerships and feasibility studies for property developments involving municipal, provincial and private parties.

Abdul holds an LL.B (cum laude) (2013) and a B.Com (Law) (2011) from the University of the Western Cape. He is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.

He is recognized by The Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner (2025) and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
