Lauren Salt

Lauren Salt is an Executive in the firm's Employment Law practice at ENS, based in South Africa. She represents local and international clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, agriculture, engineering, financial services, aviation, retail, manufacturing, and mining.

Ms. Salt advises clients on employment law compliance, industrial relations, labour dispute resolution, change management, and pension-related issues. She counsels on the labour implications of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, outsourcing, and the use of temporary labour, and has extensive experience in niche areas such as employment equity, discrimination law, compensation and remuneration, and sports law. She also represents clients before courts and other bodies and liaises with trade unions in negotiating collective agreements.

She holds a BA, an LLB, and an LLM (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and is admitted as an attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa. She is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and the South African Society for Labour Law.
