Nyakallo Scheepers

Nyakallo Scheepers is a Rewards Consultant in the Employment and Benefits Practice at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specialising in employment law and reward advisory. He applies a solid foundation in financial analysis and strategic thinking to employee rewards and benefits, having worked across various industries including mining, banking, insurance, real estate investment trusts, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, and industry regulators.

Nyakallo is skilled at both quantitative and qualitative aspects of remuneration, with experience in executive and non-executive director benchmarking, pay gap analysis, job evaluation, and performance management. He has advised Harmony Gold on strategies to address wage gap challenges, Old Mutual on conducting comprehensive job evaluations, the JSE on pay parity analysis, MTN on executive benchmarking, and Growthpoint on non-executive benchmarking.

Nyakallo holds a BCom Economics from the University of the Free State and is a member of the South African Reward Association (SARA).
