Kiera Bracher

Kiera Bracher is an Associate based in Johannesburg. Her primary practice area is Infrastructure Law.

She has experience in project finance and development, renewable energy, construction, mining and corporate law. She has assisted on complex corporate and commercial transactions, including drafting, advising and negotiating the full suite of agreements applicable to the development and implementation of infrastructure and energy projects.
