Jordan Moonsamy

Jordan Moonsamy is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Bowmans' Johannesburg office, focusing on private equity and M&A transactions.

He assists clients with local and cross-border deals, including reorganisations, legal due diligence investigations, drafting and interpreting commercial agreements, and advising on company law and contractual matters. Notable transactions include advising Sango Capital Partners on its acquisition of Neopak Holdings, advising Mahlako Gas Energy on its acquisition of a minority stake in Tetra4, and advising Bidvest Group Limited on its acquisition of Synerlytic Group Holdings.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Legal Theory (with distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws from Rhodes University. He is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
