Jonathon Saville

Jonathon Saville is an Executive in the Corporate Commercial practice at ENS, practicing in Corporate Law. He specialises in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate restructures, acting for both listed and unlisted clients across a variety of industries, including mining, property, technology, food and beverage, hospitality, professional sport, and renewable energy.

Mr. Saville advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including the formation of new businesses, joint ventures, group restructures, and transactions undertaken by companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He drafts and negotiates commercial documents including sale agreements, share subscriptions, shareholders' agreements, and memoranda of incorporation. He also manages all aspects of complex legal due diligence investigations and advises boards of directors and shareholders on corporate governance best practices.

He holds a BSc in Marine Biology and Ocean and Atmospheric Science and an LLB, both from the University of Cape Town, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
